Regular exercise will help you to facilitate a good circulation not only to your body but also to your baby. It is your big responsibility to take good care of yourself just for your baby.
  • Secondly, you must be comfortable to your environment all the time. During pregnancy you must wear clothes which will make you feel comfortable. You must always maintain a position where you can breathe well and relax. It is highly advisable for you to avoid any stressful and exhausting activities. You should not be anxious about your delivery date.  You must have confidence in yourself. It is highly essential for you to be mentally prepared for the arrival of your baby. Positive thinking will help you to be good mother and good relationship will develop with your child.
  • Lastly, you must be safe and always ensure safety. You should not bring any harm to your baby. You must remember that your baby is very much delicate and sensitive therefore you must take proper caution and protection. You must always do the best so that you can give everything that the baby needs especially the love and care. You must enjoy the feeling motherhood.
