6 Unusual And Easy Desert Recipe

After having a nice main course food many people love to have some desert. Homemade desert are good to taste as well as healthy. So given below are some of the desert recipes that can be made easily at home.

1. Coco-bic Bar With Icing

Ingredients

  1. Butter-100gms
  2. Powdered Marie Biscuits-2cups
  3. desiccated coconut-1cup
  4. icing sugar -1 cup or as required for icing the whole dish
  5. water-as required
  6. condensed milk-1 tin
  7. food colour
  8. sprinkles

Method

Melt the butter in a pan.

  • In a bowl mix powdered biscuits and desiccated coconut.
  • Add condensed milk and butter to it.
  • Mix well.(not using a blender or beater)
  • Put it into a greased tray or a tray covered with foil paper.
  • Press it well and keep in fridge for 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl prepare the icing by mixing icing sugar and little water. 
  • Add food colour if necessary. 
  • Mix it till we get a medium thick, pouring consistency.
  • Take the tray from fridge and pour the icing on top of it.
  • Spread it well so that it reaches all part.
  • Add sprinkles, sugar balls or whatever necessary to garnish.
  • Keep aside in fridge for setting.
  • After setting take it from fridge and cut it into bars.
  • The dish is ready to serve.

2. Rainbow Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

  1. flour
  2. sugar powder
  3. butter
  4. milk
  5. 3 eggs
  6. chocolate syrup
  7. cocoa powder
  8. chocolate bar
  9. colourful sprinklers
  10. cupcake moulds
  11. baking powder(1 pinch)
  12. melted chocolate

Method

  • First mix butter and sugar. 
  • In another bowl mix flour and baking powder.
  • Add the flour to the butter sugar mixture.
  • Add a little milk and whisk.
  • Don't over whisk or else it will not swell properly.
  • Add cocoa powder and melted chocolate.
  • Put in moulds and bake at 150 c for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with chocolate bar and chocolate sauce and sprinklers.

3. Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  1. 6 bars of chocolate
  2. 1 cup cream
  3. 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  4. 2 cups water

Method

  • In a pan, add some water and leave it to boil.
  • Then put a glass bowl on the pan.
  • Put the chocolate bars to melt.
  • Now take another bowl and pour the melted chocolate, cream and the caster sugar and mix it well.
  • Lastly take a serving glass and pour the chocolate mousse.
  • Finally, your delicious and chocolaty chocolate mouse is ready.

4. Speedy Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup half-and-half cream
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 4 cups coarsely crushed ice cubes
  5. 3/4 cup salt

Directions

  • In a small reseal able plastic bag, combine the cream, sugar and vanilla. Press out air and seal.
  • In a large reseal able plastic bag, combine the ice and salt; add the sealed small bag. 
  • Seal the large bag; place in another large reseal able plastic bag and seal. 
  • Shake and knead for 5-7 minutes or until cream mixture is thickened. Serve immediately or freeze. 

5. Snack Attack Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 teaspoon butter
  2. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  3. 2 cups (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  4. 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  5. 1 cup miniature pretzels, coarsley crushed
  6. 1/2 cup crushed ridged potato chips
  7. 1/2 cup Beer Nuts
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Line a 9-in.-square pan with foil. Grease foil with butter; set aside.
  • Combine the milk and chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. 
  • Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir. Cook 30-60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds, or until chips are melted. Stir in the pretzels, potato chips, Beer

Nuts and vanilla.

  • Transfer to prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge out of pan using foil. Gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. 
  • Store in an airtight container.

6. Butterscotch Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  2. 2 cups packed brown sugar
  3. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1 cup light corn syrup
  5.  2 tablespoons water
  6. 1/4 cup brickle toffee bits
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. Angel food cake cubes and fresh fruit

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, milk, corn syrup and water. 
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth. 
  • Remove from the heat. 
  • Stir in toffee bits and vanilla. 
  • Keep warm. 
  • Serve with cake and fruit.
