There are many people who do not like to drink alcohol then it becomes quite difficult to serve something as welcome drink. Virgin pinacolada or apple margarita is not in fashion anymore as welcome drink. Well here are some new and different types of mock tail that you can serve to your guests.

1. Banana Bonkers

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 cups lemon sherbet
  • 3 cups fresh grapefruit juice

Method: First of all make banana puree then mix the pureed bananas, grapefruit juice and lemon sherbet and crushed ice. Stir it and serve.

2. Designated Appletini

Ingredients:

  • 59 ml fresh apple juice
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • A slice of apple for garnishing
  • Granulated sugar for rimming

Method: In a cocktail shaker fill crushed ice then add apple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake it well. Now strain the mixture into a glass rimmed with granulated sugar. Garnish with an apple slice. Serve it chilled.

3. Italian Cream Soda

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml watermelon flavoured syrup
  • 236 ml passion fruit flavoured syrup
  • 236 ml carbonated water
  • 30 ml half-and-half cream

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice and fill 2/3rd of it with carbonated water. Now pour watermelon and passion fruit flavoured syrup and then float half and half cream on top. If it is ready to drink then stir it well.

4. Shirley Temple

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp pineapple crush
  • 500 ml soda
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 6 to 8 drops lime juice
  • Ice cubes (crushed)
  • 2 tsp orange crush
  • Sugar syrup according to taste

Method: Blend pineapple, orange crush, ice cream and lime juice in the juicer. Then pour in a glass and serve it with ice.

5. Queens Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 bottle Maraschino cherries
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 litre club soda
  • 6 lemons (juice)

Method: First you need to boil water, sugar and lemon zest for 5 minutes. Then strain it and add the cherries and pineapple juice when the liquid is hot. Now add ice, club soda and peppermints. Mix in lemon juice and stir well before you serve.

6. Chocolate Liqueur Shake

Ingredients:

  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3-4 green cardamoms
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3-4 tbsp Swiss chocolate liqueur

Method:  You need to heat 3-4 tbsp of water and add instant coffee to it. Then crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. You need to chop almonds into slivers. Then add chocolate sauce, milk, little vanilla ice-cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend well. Now add Swiss chocolate liqueur and remaining vanilla ice-cream and mix well. Pour in a glass and add chopped almonds before you serve the drink.

7. Lemon Cheesecake Drink

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cream
  • A pinch of nutmeg (grated)
  • 2 tbsp castor sugar
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup ice-cubes

Method: Put cream, lemon juice, yogurt, vanilla essence, ice-cubes in a blender except the nutmeg for a minute and blend all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a glass and top it with grated nutmeg and serve it chilled.

8. Cinderella

Ingredients:

  • 56gms pineapple juice
  • 56 gms orange juice
  • 56gms lemon juice
  • 100 gms club soda
  • Dash of grenadine
  • Orange, pineapple slices to garnish

Method: Put ice cubes in a shaker and pour the juices into it. Shake it well. Now strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add club soda and then grenadine. Garnish the cocktail with orange and pineapple slices. Serve it chilled.

9. Sundowner

Ingredients:

  • White grape juice - 56gms
  • Cold sparkling water - 30gms
  • Fresh mint sprig - for garnishing

Method: Pour the ingredients into a wine glass with ice. Now stir it and garnish it with the mint sprigs. Serve it chilled.

10. Mid Summer Dream

Ingredients:

  • Rose syrup - 40 ml
  • Pineapple juice - 60 ml
  • Soda (chilled) - 300 ml
  • Pineapple, kiwi, banana (chopped and mixed together) - 200 g
  • Mint leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp

Method: You should add all the ingredients in a pitcher. Now stir it well and pour into the glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.

11. Hot spiced punch

Ingredients:

  • Apple cider - 4 cups
  • Grape juice - 2 cups
  • Crystallized ginger, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Cloves, whole - 8
  • Orange peel - 6 strips (3 x 1/2" each)
  • Cinnamon sticks, divided - 13
  • Raisins - 2/3 cups
  • Slivered almonds - 2/3 cups

Method: First combine grape juice, cider, ginger, cloves, orange peel and a cinnamon stick into a saucepan and place over medium heat. After that cool the mixture down for 4 hours and then bring it to boil. Then reduce the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes. Now add raisins and almonds. You should cook until raisins are tender. Now serve it hot and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

12. Avocado Ranchero

Ingredients:

  • Processed avocado - 20g
  • Orange juice - 50 ml
  • Milk, blended - 50 ml

Method: Blend processed avocado, orange juice and milk in the blender and serve it with add grated chocolate.
